Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver to the UK only. As a small business, we are unable to bear the additional costs of tariffs, duties and packaging regulation to ship to the US or EU. We hope to change this in the future! 

All packages are shipped in plastic-free, 100% recyclable, sustainably sourced paper mailers, or eco-friendly recyclable cardboard boxes. We offer Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked delivery.

We aim to despatch orders received within 2 days of ordering but will always do our best to send you your yarn as soon as possible. Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service delivers within 2-3 days of receiving the parcel from us.
